Early Years Practitioner – Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, MK9
Salary: £13.00 – £14.00ph (Depending on hours, experience, and qualification)
Hours: 40 Hours per week | 4 or 5 days | Shifts between 7.30am–6.30pm
Contract: Permanent, All year round
Not suitable for term-time or school-hours applicants
We are looking for a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly nursery in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire (MK9).
In this role, you will support children’s learning and development, deliver the EYFS curriculum, and help create a nurturing and inclusive environment. This role is perfect for a dedicated, patient, and enthusiastic professional who loves making a positive difference in early years education.

Responsibilities of the Early Years Practitioner
*Deliver the EYFS curriculum, supporting children’s learning and development
*Plan and lead engaging indoor and outdoor activities
*Ensure children’s safety, wellbeing, and inclusion at all times
*Observe and record children’s progress in line with EYFS
*Work collaboratively with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents
*Contribute to a welcoming and positive nursery culture
About You
*Hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (full and relevant)
*Previous experience as a nursery practitioner or similar role
*Strong EYFS and safeguarding knowledge
*Strong commitment to outdoor learning and inclusive practices
*Excellent communication skills for interacting with parents and carers
*Eligible to work in the UK
