About the Role
We are seeking aspiring teachers to join our vibrant and inclusive secondary school community. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on classroom experience while working alongside experienced teachers and mentors.
Successful applicants will:
*Work across various subject departments, based on your strengths and interests
*Support teaching and learning in the classroom and small group settings
*Receive high-quality training and mentoring
*Develop your understanding of pedagogy and behaviour management
*Be supported to progress onto a teacher training programme (e.g. PGCE, School Direct, or salaried route)
