About the RoleThis is a full-time, long-term position for a dedicated Teacher of French to join a high-performing faculty. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential to contribute to Post-16 education. Requirements
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
*An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
*Excellent command of both written and spoken French (near-native proficiency).
*Eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities*Lesson Delivery: Plan and deliver well-structured, inspiring French lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
*Assessment: Regularly assess student work and maintain accurate records of progress and achievement.
*Leadership Integration: Incorporate the school’s leadership specialism into the MFL curriculum.
*Environment: Create a stimulating and organised classroom environment that celebrates student success.
*Reporting: Provide high-quality reports and feedback to parents, students, and senior leadership.
*Extracurricular Support: Contribute to the wider school life, including language clubs or cultural trips.
