The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, developing strong relationships with clients, and supporting candidates in finding the right opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
*Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
*Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
*Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
*Advertising vacancies and managing job applications
*Matching candidates to suitable roles
*Negotiating offers and supporting the onboarding process
*Working towards individual and team targets

*Previous experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*A proactive and motivated approach
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
*Strong organisational and time management skills
*A team player with a positive attitude
