Finance Administrator – 9 Month FTC - £28,000 - £30,000 per annum – Reading (Hybrid)

About the Job
This role will see you providing vital administrative and financial support to a busy function. You will play a key role in ensuring transactions are processed accurately, queries are handled efficiently, and internal processes run smoothly.
Duties will include:
* Managing the processing of invoices, payments, and receipts across property accounts
* Performing regular reconciliations, including bank and debtor accounts
* Maintaining accurate financial records in line with internal controls
* Supporting colleagues with daily accounting tasks and team activities
* Acting as a first point of contact for queries from clients, suppliers, and internal teams
* Investigating discrepancies and escalating more complex issues where required
* Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and audit documentation
* Monitoring progress on routine deliverables and project-related tasks
* Identifying opportunities to enhance processes and improve efficiency
About the Successful Applicant
You will have experience in a finance or administrative role, with strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail. An AAT qualification (or working towards one) is preferred. You should be confident communicating with stakeholders, proficient in Excel, and able to manage competing priorities.
