Location: Redgrave (covering sites within a 30-mile radius – company van provided)
Salary: £42,000 – £45,000
Shift: Monday to Friday – Days
Job Role of the Electrical Maintenance EngineerA brand-new opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a market-leading FMCG manufacturing business in the Redgrave area. With multiple UK sites and ongoing investment in machinery and technology, this is a great opportunity to join a stable and growing company.
This is a field-based role covering sites within a 30-mile radius, offering a strong work-life balance with a Monday to Friday days shift and clear progression opportunities.
You will be responsible for planned and reactive electrical maintenance, fault-finding on production equipment, and ensuring machinery operates efficiently with minimal downtime.
Sector – Factory Maintenance
Non-Negotiable Requirements*Electrical maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment

*Full UK driving licence

*17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations

Requirements*Strong electrical fault-finding skills

*Experience with planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance

*Recognised electrical engineering qualification

*Experience in a fast-paced industrial environment

Desirable*2391 Test & Inspection qualification

*Experience in a field-based or multi-site role
