Early Years Practitioner – Loudwater, Buckinghamshire, HP10
Salary: £29,681.60pa / £12.80 – £14.27ph (DOE & qualifications)
Hours: Full or Part Time – 40 hours across 4 or 5 days or 30 hours over 3 days / Shifts between 7:30am–6:00pm.
Contract: Permanent, All year round
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our warm, welcoming nursery in Loudwater, HP10.
Set in a beautiful three-storey listed building with inspiring Montessori-inspired spaces, we provide high-quality care for children aged 3 months–5 years.

Responsibilities of the Early Years Practitioner
*Deliver high-quality care and early education
*Create a safe, stimulating, and engaging learning environment
*Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities
*Observe, record, and share children’s development with parents
*Support daily routines including meals, hygiene, and rest
*Maintain a clean, safe, and organised nursery
*Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
About You
*Level 2+ Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
*Previous experience in a nursery or similar role
*Strong understanding of EYFS & child development
*Positive, team-focused attitude with great communication skills
*Eligible to work in the UK
