Payroll Administrator
Watford
Up to £35,000
Hybrid working (2 days in the office after probation)
We’re working with a growing organisation based in Watford who are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their team.
This is a great opportunity for someone confident running payroll end-to-end and looking to join a supportive, well-structured environment.
Key responsibilities:
*Running payroll cycles end-to-end
*Ensuring compliance with UK statutory requirements (SSP, SMP, PAYE, NIC)
*Performing payroll checks, reconciliations and validations
*Investigating and resolving payroll queries
*Maintaining accurate payroll records and data integrity
About you:
*Proven experience running payroll from start to finish
*Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation
*Experience using payroll systems and handling data validation
*High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
