Job Description:
Early Years Practitioner – Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, HP20
Salary: Up to £13.13 per hour / £27,310 per year (depending on hours, experience and qualifications)
Hours: 40 hours per week | Shifts between 7:30am–6:30pm
Contract: Permanent, All year round
Not suitable for term-time or school-hours applicants
We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our independent, family-run nursery in Aylesbury (HP20).

Responsibilities of the Early Years Practitioner
*Deliver high-quality care and early education
*Create a safe, stimulating, and engaging learning environment
*Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities
*Observe, record, and share children’s development with parents
*Support daily routines including meals, hygiene, and rest
*Maintain a clean, safe, and organised nursery
*Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
About You
*Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
*At least 2 years’ experience as a Nursery Practitioner
*Strong knowledge of the EYFS
*Excellent safeguarding, child protection and SEND awareness
*Confident building strong parent partnerships
*Positive team player with a caring approach
*Eligible to work in the UK
