Job Description:
Our client is a growing exterior cleaning company working with property managers, block management companies and facilities managers across our four separate divisions – exterior cleaning, major works, roof cleaning and window cleaning.
They are looking for an organised and proactive Office Manager.
The Role
As Office Manager you will be responsible for:
Key responsibilities include:
*Managing customer enquiries (phone & email)
*Scheduling appointments and coordinating works
*Preparing and following up on quotations
*Managing the Director’s diary
*Supporting job scheduling and tracking progress
*Overseeing workplace health and safety
*Maintaining CRM records
*Ensuring staff training, qualifications and certifications remain up to date
*Overseeing vehicles, equipment, and office operations
*Completing onboarding paperwork for new suppliers and subcontractors.
*Supporting general office administration tasks as required.
About You
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*Excellent communication and customer service skills
*Strong attention to detail and adeptness in multitasking within a fast-paced environment
*Proficient in Microsoft Office
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm
