Job Description:
About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and motivated Multi-Trade Supervisor to oversee maintenance and refurbishment works across a portfolio of social housing properties throughout the Midlands. This is a hands-on supervisory role, ideal for someone with a strong trade background and proven experience managing teams on-site.
Key Responsibilities*Supervise and coordinate a team of multi-trade operatives (e.g. carpentry, plumbing, plastering, and general maintenance)
*Ensure all works are completed to a high standard, on time, and within budget
*Carry out site inspections, quality checks, and health & safety audits
*Plan and schedule works, materials, and labour efficiently
*Act as the main point of contact between operatives, tenants, and management
*Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies
*Support with reporting, job tracking, and performance monitoring
About You*Proven experience in a supervisory role within social housing or property maintenance
*Strong multi-trade background (e.g. carpentry, plumbing, or general building)
*Good understanding of health & safety regulations
*Excellent organisational and communication skills
*Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities effectively
*Full UK driving licence (essential)
