Nursery Practitioner – Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire, HP9 (Term Time Only)
Salary: £13.00 – £13.50 per hour / Up to £20,885pa (The salary is spread equally over 12 months)
Hours: Monday–Friday | 36.5 hours/week | Term time only (38 weeks) | Permanent
*Monday–Thursday: 8:15am–4:15pm
*Friday: 8:15am–3:15pm
Contract: Permanent, All year round
We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Practitioner join our beautiful term-time preschool in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire (HP9).
Our newly refurbished setting provides a caring and enriching environment for children aged rising 2s to rising 5s, including a lovely outdoor area. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your childcare skills and gain further experience in a supportive and nurturing team.

Responsibilities of the Early Years Practitioner
*Deliver the highest level of childcare and early education
*Support children’s learning and development in line with EYFS
*Plan and implement engaging, interest-led activities
*Build strong relationships with children, parents, and the wider team
*Contribute to the smooth running and development of the nursery
About You
*Level 2 or above Qualification in Childcare
*1+ years’ experience as a nursery practitioner or similar role
*Committed to outdoor learning and inclusive practice
*Excellent communication skills with parents and carers
*Eligible to work in the UK
