Job Description:
Meraki Talent are partnering with a leading global organisation to appoint an O2C Workstream Lead into a highly visible and impactful role. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Order-to-Cash professional to lead the design, standardisation, and execution of global O2C processes, driving efficiency, effectiveness, and working capital improvements across multiple regions.
The Role
As the global process lead for Order-to-Cash, you will take ownership of the end-to-end O2C workstream. You will define the target operating model, establish standardised processes and KPIs, and ensure successful implementation across operational sites. Acting as the subject matter expert, you will support system rollouts and play a critical role in identifying and executing working capital improvement initiatives. You will also manage interdependencies, risks, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to budget, while driving continuous process improvement across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead the design and delivery of a global O2C target operating model, collaborating with customer management and billing teams
*Define and implement standardised end-to-end O2C processes, controls, and KPIs across all operational sites
*Act as the subject matter expert on system rollouts, ensuring alignment to global standards and best practices
*Analyse drivers of working capital, identify opportunities for improvement, and execute action plans
*Own the O2C workstream roadmap, planning initiatives to achieve strategic objectives and business outcomes
*Identify and manage interdependencies, risks, and resource requirements, ensuring successful project delivery
*Drive continuous improvement initiatives, embedding efficiency, standardisation, and operational excellence
*Lead change management and communication plans to ensure adoption and sustainability of new processes
Experience required:
*Proven experience leading global O2C or Accounts Receivable processes in a complex, international environment
*Strong knowledge of process design, standardisation, and governance frameworks
*Experience supporting ERP or system rollouts, ideally in an O2C context
*Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders
*Commercially minded, with a focus on working capital optimisation and measurable outcomes
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans
