Broster Buchanan are working closely with a high growth services business to recruit a Commercial Manager to support profitable growth across the business. In this role, you’ll focus on optimising deal performance, strengthening pricing discipline, and providing the financial insight needed to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
*Develop clear, robust commercial business cases to guide investment and strategic decisions
*Optimise deal profitability through effective pricing, margin management, and risk awareness
*Partner closely with Sales to provide modelling, scenario planning, and profitability analysis
*Deliver commercial insight that supports strong, data-driven decision-making
*Help establish and maintain pricing frameworks and commercial best practices
The successful candidate will have relevant commercial and bid experience in a tech services environment, working effectively with stakeholders across the business. You bring strong financial and modelling skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive performance.
