About the Role and Key Responsibilities
As a Supply Maths Teacher working with TailorEDucation, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils’ learning and development within a thriving secondary school in Maidstone. You will be responsible for delivering engaging Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4 (essential), with KS5 teaching desirable, maintaining a positive classroom environment, and inspiring pupils to achieve their best. This role is full-time, five days a week until the end of the academic year. Flexibility, professionalism, and a passion for education are key to success in this role.

The Ideal Candidate Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
*Proven experience delivering Maths lessons in a UK secondary school environment
*Strong subject knowledge and the ability to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons
*Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
*A passion for supporting the progress and wellbeing of all learners
*Flexibility to adapt to different school environments and year groups
