The Role - Mentor
A specialist SEMH school in Hackney is seeking a committed and proactive Mentor to join their team on a full-time basis. As a Mentor, you will work closely with pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis, supporting them both academically and emotionally. The successful Mentor will support behaviour management, emotional regulation, and re-engagement with learning. You will work alongside teachers, pastoral staff, and external professionals to provide consistent and structured support for students who may display challenging behaviours.
