Job Description:

Due to continued growth, they’re looking to hire a Sales Lead Generator to start as soon as possible!
This role is centred on generating and qualifying leads for the account management team. You’ll engage with both existing clients and new prospects, building rapport, identifying needs, and creating opportunities to pass on to Account Managers to close. As you demonstrate your ability, you’ll progress into an Account Manager role, where strong performance is recognised, and career progression is genuinely achievable.
What’s in it for you?
*£23,810 – £25,000 basic salary
*Uncapped commission structure - £50 per lead (existing accounts), £100 per lead (new prospects)
*Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm

Key Responsibilities
*Make outbound calls to generate new business leads
*Build relationships with decision-makers and understand their needs
*Qualify leads and pass opportunities to Account Managers
*Research and identify new prospects
*Follow up to nurture relationships and maximise opportunities
*Accurately update CRM with activity and pipeline
What We’re Looking For
*Experience in outbound calling (lead generation, telesales, telemarketing, or similar)
*Confident communicator with strong rapport-building skills
*Target-driven, resilient, and motivated to earn
*Proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
