Customer Services Executive
*Annual Salary: Up to £28,000
*Location: Outskirts of Chelmsford, Essex - **PLEASE NOTE YOU WILL NEED TO DRIVE DUE TO LOCATION**
*Job Type: Full-time office based (Monday 8am to 5:30pm, Tuesday to Thursday 8:30am to 5:30pm Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm)
Join our growing client as a Customer Services Executive at a dynamic retailer based in their office near Chelmsford, Essex. We are seeking an experienced individual who excels in customer service and possesses a high standard of written and spoken English.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Provide exceptional customer service via telephone, live chat, and email.
*Advise customers on their range of products.
*Process orders over the phone and resolve any delivery issues.
*Tactfully handle complaints and respond to enquiries across multiple platforms.
*Perform general administrative tasks and continually develop product knowledge.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Previous experience in a customer service environment is essential.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Good attention to detail, organisational skills, and computer literacy.
*Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
*Experience in complaint handling and a confident, positive, can-do attitude.
*Driver’s licence required due to location.
