£28372 per annum
Full-time (37.5 hours per week, 5 days over Monday–Saturday, 09:00–17:00)

The Role
You’ll be at the heart of the showroom, providing expert advice and delivering a first-class customer experience. From helping customers choose the right products to ensuring smooth order processing, you’ll play a key role in driving sales and maintaining high standards.


Key Responsibilities
*Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
*Confidently assist customers with enquiries, orders, and product advice
*Build strong product knowledge to recommend suitable solutions and alternatives
*Maximise sales opportunities through upselling and product matching
*Process orders accurately and efficiently
*Resolve customer queries to a high standard
*Maintain showroom presentation, ensuring displays are clean, priced, and well organised
*Support stock handling, deliveries, and general warehouse duties
*Assist customers with loading products when required
*Contribute to stock takes and general store operations

*Attention to detail and good organisational skills
*Willingness to learn and develop product expertise
*A driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred (occasional travel to other branches may be required)
