This is a fast-paced, high-volume delivery role where you’ll be speaking to candidates all day, filling crucial positions for some of the UK’s leading Tier 2 contractors and construction businesses.

The Opportunity:*Managing a high volume of candidate calls daily (target 100+).

*Sourcing, screening and qualifying candidates for blue-collar construction and civil roles.

*Supporting fulfilment for key accounts across the Water & Civils sector.

*Ensuring SLAs are met, including same-day note submission and 24-hour CV feedback.

*Building strong relationships with candidates to ensure reliability and minimise dropouts.

*Working on a 75/25 split desk across the Water team, supporting established high-billing consultants.

*Supporting long-term, ongoing contract requirements within a new 5-year government funding cycle.

What you’ll bring: *Highly resilient, with the drive to succeed and overcome setbacks

*Confident on the phone and able to engage quickly with candidates

*Motivated, energetic and able to "crack on" in a busy environment

*Comfortable working under pressure and in a target-driven setting

*A team player who brings positivity and commitment

*Someone with fast-paced background experience (bar work, hospitality, call centre, etc.)

*Looking to grow and potentially progress into a Consultant role
