Role Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support a busy professional services business in London on a 6-week temporary basis. This role will provide hands-on HR support across a broad range of generalist activities, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations during a peak period.
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide general HR support across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations)
*Assist with recruitment coordination and candidate management
*Support managers with HR queries and policy guidance
*Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with internal processes
*Contribute to ongoing HR projects and process improvements as required
Requirements:
*Proven experience in a generalist HR role
*Strong knowledge of UK employment practices
*Excellent organisational and communication skills
*Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
*Available to work in the office 3 days per week
