Job Description:
Electrical Lecturer (Apprenticeship Delivery)
*Location: South East London
*Job Type: ASAP
*Hours per Week: 36 (Note: Lunch breaks are unpaid)
*£30-£45p/h
We are seeking two experienced and enthusiastic Electrical Lecturers to join our team for a short-term, intensive teaching role. This position is ideal for professionals who are passionate about imparting knowledge and have a background in the electrical industry.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Teach Level 3 apprentices, providing high-quality education and support throughout their course.
*Work closely with the Curriculum Manager to expand and develop the department, ensuring the delivery of excellent educational standards.
*Inspire apprentices by sharing valuable industry experience and supporting diverse students to achieve their career and life ambitions.
*Play a crucial role in promoting the apprenticeship courses, participating in marketing events, and sharing experiences to attract new students.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in teaching and/or relevant industry experience.
*Minimum of Level 2 literacy and numeracy (GCSE or equivalent).
*Qualified FE teacher or willingness to work towards this qualification.
*Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and articulate clearly to class groups.
*Efficient administration skills for maintaining accurate student records.
