Our client requires, due to growth, an experienced Fabricator Welder to join their well-established business of over 20 years. The business specialises in the design, manufacture, and installation of bespoke automated gates and access solutions. This is a varied role combining workshop fabrication with on-site installation work across residential, commercial, and industrial projects.


Key Responsibilities:
*Fabrication and assembly of automated gates and access systems
*Manufacturing of:
*Handrails
*Balustrades
*Staircases
*Cat ladders
*Secondary steelwork
*Supporting installation teams on-site when required
*Carrying out on-site MMA (stick) welding
*Working from engineering drawings to produce high-quality bespoke products
*Ensuring all work meets required safety and quality standards
Essential Requirements:
*Proven experience as a Fabricator Welder
*Valid CSCS card
*Full UK driving licence (essential for site work)
*Ability to work both independently and within a team
Desirable (but not essential):
*Previous experience as a coded welder
*Knowledge of BS EN 1090 standards
*Experience within the gate automation or access control sector
