About the job
We’re seeking an experienced Carpenter for an ongoing assignment at Gatwick Airport, starting Monday.
Pay: £24 per hour
Hours: 8am - 4pm
Start Date: Immediate (Monday)

Duties include:
- 1st & 2nd fix carpentry
- Installing doors, frames, skirting, architraves, and general finishing work
- Assisting with timber framework, partitioning, and boarding
- Reading and working from technical drawings
- Repairing, adjusting, and maintaining existing fixtures
- Working safely within an airport environment and adhering to strict site protocols
- Collaborating with Site Managers and other trades to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements:
- Proven carpentry experience
- Valid CSCS card
- Ability to pass airport security checks (including Basic DBS / 5-year work history)
- Own tools and PPE
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
