We are partnering with a well-established and growing accountancy practice in Stoke to recruit a Mixed Tax Partner.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced tax professional to lead and develop a mixed tax service line, working closely with owner-managed businesses and high-net-worth individuals while helping shape the firm’s future growth.
This role offers genuine strategic influence, client ownership, and the opportunity to share in the firm’s long-term success.


Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a mixed tax portfolio, covering both corporate and personal tax clients
Provide high-level tax planning and advisory support to owner-managed businesses and individuals
Act as a trusted adviser, building and maintaining long-term client relationships
Identify and deliver tax planning opportunities, including succession planning, remuneration planning, and restructuring
Oversee tax compliance across the portfolio, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legislation
Lead, mentor, and develop the tax team, fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture
Play a key role in business development, networking, and growing the firm’s tax offering
Work closely with other partners to deliver a joined-up advisory service


Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
CTA, ACA, or ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
Extensive experience in mixed tax within an accountancy practice
Strong technical knowledge across corporate tax and personal tax
