Content Marketing Executive
Hours: Part-time (22.5 hours)
Salary: £28,000–£30,000 FTE
Location: Mostly remote with occasional travel; ideal for someone near Derby/Midlands
Are you a creative content specialist who loves bringing ideas to life and shaping how a brand shows up online? If you’re confident crafting B2B stories, driving engagement, and managing multi-channel content with flair, this could be the perfect next step for you.
We’re supporting a values-driven organisation in the education sector that is growing their marketing function. They are passionate about making an impact and are now looking for a Content Marketing Executive who can help elevate their voice, strengthen their digital presence, and create compelling campaigns that convert.

The Role
• Develop standout content including blogs, white papers, case studies, videos, graphics, and website copy
• Plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns that build brand awareness and generate high-quality leads
• Maintain the content calendar and ensure consistent delivery of sector-relevant material
• Produce SEO-optimised copy and stay ahead of digital trends
• Analyse content performance and make data-driven recommendations
• Support sales and events with content packs and marketing assets
• Contribute to website updates and day-to-day marketing tasks
What you will need
• Demonstrable experience in B2B content creation
• Excellent copywriting skills and confidence producing graphics (Canva experience ideal)
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities
• Experience using CRM, CMS and digital tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, MailChimp, WordPress or Joomla)
• A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling
• Detail-focused, organised, proactive, and confident in a small team
