Job Description:
About the RoleWe’re partnering with a leading, well regarded organisation to recruit a Reward Analyst into their established HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business with a strong reputation, where reward plays a key role in driving performance, fairness, and employee engagement.
You’ll support a range of reward activities, with a strong focus on compensation cycles, data analysis, and benchmarking, while also contributing to key regulatory reporting such as pay gap analysis.
Key Responsibilities*Support the delivery of annual salary and bonus review cycles
*Analyse and interpret reward and compensation data to inform decision-making
*Participate in market benchmarking and salary surveys (e.g. Willis Towers Watson, McLagan)
*Maintain and develop reward data, models, and reporting tools
*Support gender and ethnicity pay gap reporting and other regulatory disclosures
*Partner with HR and the wider business to provide reward insights and guidance
*Assist with reward-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives
About You*Experience in a Reward / Compensation / HR Analytics role
*Strong involvement in at least 2–3 annual pay cycles
*Exposure to pay gap analysis or regulatory reporting
*Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets
*Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
*Experience within a large, complex or professional services environment is highly desirable
