Location: Liverpool
Remuneration: £40,000 - £50,000neg + bonus
Benefits: 21 days annual leave, hybrid work available, pension
The role of the Project Manager - Masonry Support Systems will involve:
*Project Manager position dealing with a high quality range of masonry support systems such as: wall ties, wind posts, lintels, cavity tray, brick soffit systems
*Design masonry support systems (brackets, angles, ties) for brickwork façades.
*Review architectural/structural drawings to define support requirements.
*Produce clear design drawings and technical details for site installation.
*Coordinate with architects, engineers, and suppliers to confirm solutions.
*Provide technical support to project and site teams.
*Ensure all designs meet building regulations and project specifications.
*Resolve site queries and coordination issues related to masonry support.
*Dealing with project sizes between £5000 - £500,000
The ideal applicant will be Project Manager - Masonry Support Systems with:
*Must have experience as a Project Manager
*Must have experience/exposure to metal fabrication such as welding, CNC, laser cutting etc
*Ideally have estimating experience
*Ability hit the ground running working independently
