Teaching Assistant (1:1 Support)
Full Time | From £95 per day | Start Date: After Easter

A welcoming primary school in Doncaster is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with a pupil who requires a calm, structured and understanding approach throughout the school day.
Key Requirements*Strong behaviour management skills
*Good understanding of Autism and ADHD
*A resilient, calm and proactive attitude
*Empathetic and patient nature
*Ability to build trust and form positive relationships
*Passion for helping children overcome barriers to learning
Role Responsibilities*Providing dedicated 1:1 support across the school day
*Assisting with emotional regulation, engagement and classroom routines
*Supporting learning activities and encouraging positive behaviour
*Working collaboratively with teachers, the SENCO and wider staff team
*Contributing to a safe, structured and nurturing learning environment
