EYFS Teaching Assistant
£95 per day | Full-time | After Easter start | Doncaster
Reed Education is recruiting on behalf of a warm and engaging primary school in Doncaster for an EYFS Teaching Assistant to join them from after Easter. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to support children during the most important stage of their learning journey.
The Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone who can bring both knowledge and enthusiasm to the Early Years setting. You should have:
*A Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification (this is essential)
*Solid knowledge of the EYFS framework
*An understanding of the Early Learning Goals
*Paediatric First Aid (desirable)
*Previous experience in Nursery or Reception environments
*A nurturing, patient and proactive approach with young children
What You’ll Be Doing*Supporting learning through play, exploration and structured activities
*Helping deliver lessons and routines across Nursery/Reception
*Contributing to assessments and developmental observations
*Supporting children with varying needs, ensuring inclusion and progress
*Creating a positive environment that encourages independence and curiosity
