Pay: £95 per day
Reed Education is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled KS1 Teaching Assistant to join a friendly primary school in Doncaster. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy classroom environment and is ready to make a difference this academic year.
What We’re Looking For*Experience supporting RWI (Read Write Inc.) phonics groups
*Understanding of SEN strategies and pupil support
*A Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable
*A warm, adaptable, and proactive approach
Key Responsibilities*Support KS1 pupils during phonics, literacy and core curriculum lessons
*Work with small groups or individual pupils to reinforce learning
*Assist the class teacher with planning, resources and behaviour support
*Contribute to an inclusive and nurturing learning space
*Provide tailored SEN support where required
