We are recruiting Behaviour Mentors to support students with social, emotional, and mental health needs. You will play a vital role in promoting positive behaviour and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
*Provide 1:1 and small group support
*De-escalate challenging situations
*Build positive relationships with students
*Support classroom learning
Requirements
*Experience working with young people (school, youth work, care)
*Understanding of SEMH needs
*Calm, resilient, and proactive approach
