The Senior Project Manager’s roleThe Senior Project Manager will take full responsibility for the delivery of residential and commercial projects from inception through to completion. As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The Senior Project Manager will lead project teams, manage client relationships, and provide strategic input across all RIBA stages. Duties will include programme management, risk mitigation, procurement advice, and chairing key project meetings. This Senior Project Manager role will also involve mentoring junior team members and contributing to business development activities.


The Senior Project ManagerThe ideal Senior Project Manager will have a proven track record of delivering residential and commercial projects within a consultancy environment. The Senior Project Manager should be confident in leading projects and managing stakeholders at all levels.
Key requirements:
*Extensive experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager within construction consultancy

*Strong sector experience across residential and commercial developments

*MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM or equivalent professional qualification

*Excellent leadership and client-facing skills

*Strong knowledge of project delivery across all RIBA stages

*Degree qualified in a construction-related discipline
