A highly successful and growing organisation is seeking to appoint a Head of Procurement & Sustainability to lead a critical function at the heart of its operations.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and delivering procurement strategy, driving supplier performance, and embedding sustainability initiatives across the business. The successful candidate will play a key role in influencing commercial outcomes, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting the organisation’s long-term environmental objectives.


The Role

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will:
*Lead strategic sourcing, supplier engagement, and contract negotiations
*Drive cost optimisation, quality improvement, and delivery performance
*Develop and implement a forward-thinking sustainability strategy aligned to net-zero goals
*Oversee risk management across the supply chain and procurement activities
*Lead and develop a high-performing procurement team
*Provide oversight of facilities and property-related matters
*Deliver continuous improvement through digital tools, analytics, and innovation
*Engage senior stakeholders through business cases and strategic insight

The Candidate

We are looking for a strategic and commercially astute leader with:
*Proven experience in a senior procurement leadership role
*Strong background in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain-led businesses
*Demonstrable success in supplier management, contract negotiation, and cost control
*Experience driving sustainability or ESG initiatives within complex organisations
*Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capabilities
*Strong analytical, financial, and decision-making skills
Experience with facilities management, property oversight, and regulatory compliance would be advantageous.
