We are hiring a dedicated Internal Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for all kiosk staff, supervisors, trainers, and site openers.
This is a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment role where you will be critical to the success of our expansion.
We are a fast-growing promotions and field-marketing company and we’re looking for a full-time Recruiter to help us bring in reliable, friendly staff for our retail kiosk and promotional teams across London and the UK.
This role is all about finding good people quickly, keeping the pipeline full, and making sure new starters are ready to begin work straight away. You’ll be the first point of contact for applicants and will manage the full recruitment process from start to finish.
What You’ll Be Doing
Posting job ads across recruitment platforms.
Screening and shortlisting applicants.
Calling candidates and arranging quick interviews.
Coordinating start dates and basic onboarding paperwork.
Keeping track of who’s accepted, who’s starting, and who’s active.
Working closely with our operations team to make sure every location has enough staff.
Maintaining simple spreadsheets and updating our CRM with candidate progress.
What We’re Looking For
Someone confident speaking with people on the phone.
Good organisational skills and able to manage multiple applicants at once.
Fast worker who can move candidates from application to start quickly.
Experience in recruitment, retail staffing, hospitality staffing, or similar (preferred but not essential).
Friendly, proactive, and reliable.
