Job Description:
HR Administrator (FTC) - Manchester City Centre
Salary: £28,000 per annum (pro-rata)
Contract: Fixed-term, Immediate Start
Location: Manchester City Centre (Hybrid)
Our client is seeking an organised, detail-oriented individual to support the HR team on an interim basis. The HR Administrator will play a key role in onboarding new employees, maintaining accurate HR records, and assisting with payroll and general administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities*Onboarding & Induction: Manage the full onboarding process for new starters, including welcome packs, induction scheduling, and completion of all required documentation.
*HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems, process employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding forms.
*Employee Support: Act as first point of contact for new employees, guiding them through HR policies and procedures.
*Recruitment Support: Assist with job postings, interview arrangements, and general recruitment administration.
*Compliance: Ensure all HR processes adhere to UK employment law and company policies.
*Payroll Administration: Provide accurate employee data to support payroll processes.
*Reporting: Assist with HR reporting and data analysis for management.
Person Specification*Proven HR administrative and onboarding experience
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
*Comfortable working with data and HR systems.
*Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
*Excellent organisational, time-management, and interpersonal skills.
*Proficient in MS Office and HR software systems.
*Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information professionally.
