Role: SEN Teaching Assistant
Salary: £23 - £27k per Annum
Location: SEN Teaching Assistant
Hours: 40 hours per week - Term Time only - Start time 8.15am -3:30pm
Join our dynamic team in Crawley as a SEMH Teaching Assistant. Your role will involve supporting classroom activities, helping students with special educational needs, and assisting with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
**Provide feedback on pupil behaviour, attitudes, and relationships.
*Support positive behaviour and focus, adapting to changes when needed.
*Build positive relationships to help pupils feel safe and engaged.
*Encourage independence and maintain high behaviour standards.
*Assist with and adapt learning activities as directed by the teacher.
*Prepare resources and reinforce lesson content.
*Support a balanced curriculum to help pupils achieve their full potential.
Qualifications and Experience:
*A patient, caring and positive attitude
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*A valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one
*Previous experience working with children in a school setting
*Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with children is desirable
