Job Description:
*£26,000–£30,000 + uncapped commission
*Nottingham | Full-time
*Office-based for the first 3 months, then hybrid (1–2 days WFH)
*Driving licence required (client-facing role)

What you’ll be doing
*Developing new business and growing your desk
*Building strong, long-term relationships with clients
*Managing the full recruitment process from initial brief through to placement
*Sourcing, interviewing and matching high-quality candidates
*Working to clear targets that directly increase your commission
It’s a consultative, relationship-led role with plenty of time spent with clients, both on-site and face to face.
