Job Description:
*£28,000–£33,000 + uncapped commission
*Harrogate
*Office-based initially, moving to hybrid (1-2 days WFH)
*Driving licence required or close to passing
We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Business Support team in Harrogate, covering a Yorkshire patch including Harrogate, York, Leeds, Sheffield and Wakefield.
This role focuses on building relationships with clients, developing a healthy pipeline of work and being ready to move quickly when hiring needs arise.
There is a high level of phone work, speaking with clients and candidates every day, so you’ll need to be comfortable and confident on the phone.
Day to day, you’ll be responsible for:
*Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
*Carrying out business development to create and grow a steady pipeline
*Keeping in regular contact with clients to understand upcoming needs
*Managing vacancies from initial brief through to placement
*Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
*Supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process
*Managing your workload, activity levels and compliance
The desk is busy and suits someone who is organised, consistent and commercially aware, with an interest in building something long term.
