What You’ll Be Doing
*Drive new business: Proactively engage with clients across Coventry through outbound calls, identifying opportunities and securing long-term partnerships
*Own client relationships: Visit clients on-site to understand their challenges and offer tailored recruitment solutions
*Build a thriving desk: Grow market presence, deliver consistently, and establish yourself as a trusted advisor
*Deliver outstanding service: Provide exceptional candidate and client experiences throughout the hiring journey
*Hit and exceed performance targets: Use your commercial insight and resilience to deliver results month after month
What We’re Looking For
*Experienced Recruiter: Proven success in winning new business and delivering consistent billings
*Full UK Driving Licence & Own Vehicle: Essential for regular client meetings across the area
*Commercially Sharp: Strong business development skills and excellent negotiation ability
