Job Description:
We’re looking for a passionate and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our successful Reed Epsom office. You’ll be growing our recruitment desk within the Human Resources (HR), Marketing or Finance sector, covering Surrey and the surrounding areas. This is a combination of working in the temporary and permanent recruitment market.
What you’ll be doing?
*Proactively generate new business through cold calling, warm leads, networking and targeted sales campaigns
*Building a strong pipeline of prospective clients, booking and leading sales meetings to pitch recruitment solutions with new accounts
*Strengthen existing client relationships with regular contact, service reviews and cross selling to maximise revenue
*Create job adverts and use headhunting, referrals and social selling techniques to attract top talent for your clients
*Quality, interview and present high quality candidates quickly to secure placements ahead of the competitors
*Drive the desk growth by identifying market opportunities negotiating commercial terms and increasing your client and candidate base
*Working to targets
