Salary: £26-32K DOE + uncapped commission

The role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for:
• Building and nurturing relationships with clients across the Manchester market
• Managing the full recruitment cycle – from taking job briefs to placing candidates
• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing high quality candidates
• Delivering outstanding service with a consultative, solutions-led approach
• Working to achievable targets while maintaining Reed’s high ethical standards
