We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association, who are recruiting for a Supported Housing Officer on a permanent basis. The annual salary is £33,000 - £35,000 and this is a part time, 3 day a week position.
The ideal candidate will have supported living experience, and access to their own vehicle.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
*Managing 7 properties housing a total of 60 tenants
*Dealing with medium to low level ASB
*Monitoring low level rent collection
*Working with ex offenders and residents with learning disabilities and mental health issues
*Completing administrative tasks
Experience required:
*Experience required in Social Housing
*Experience working with customers within housing
