Job Description:
Training Administrator
Our client is looking for a Training Administrator to join their busy and supportive team on a temporary basis.
The company offer hybrid working.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and previous administrative experience to play a key role in coordinating training activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Booking and scheduling training courses
Coordinating delegates onto courses
Ensuring all course materials are prepared and distributed in advance
Providing general administrative support to the training function
Carrying out occasional check-in calls during live training sessions (minimal involvement required)
Person / Experience Required:
Ideally previous experience in a similar role, including:
Booking or coordinating courses
Managing delegate attendance
Preparing and organising training materials
Strong organisational and communication skills
High attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
This role would suit someone proactive, reliable, and looking to further develop their experience within a training or administrative environment.
