PE Teacher Wanted - Wirral
Are you a passionate educator ready to inspire the next generation through sport? One of our vibrant schools in the Wirral area is seeking a dedicated PE Teacher to join their team ASAP.
Whether you’re an experienced practitioner or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), we want to hear from you!
Requirements:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised qualification.
*Proven experience teaching PE within a secondary school setting.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to motivate and engage students of all fitness levels.
*A current Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
Key Duties:
*Deliver high-quality PE lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
*Plan and prepare engaging activities that cater to all abilities.
*Manage classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a safe learning environment.
*Organise and lead extracurricular sports clubs and fixtures.
*Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
*Maintain sports equipment and ensure health and safety standards are met.
*Collaborate with the department to enhance the physical education curriculum.
