Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 + benefits
Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance & Compliance Manager to lead and enhance quality, governance, and compliance frameworks across a regulated service environment.
The RoleThis is a pivotal leadership position responsible for driving quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across operational services.
Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will ensure robust systems, controls, and assurance processes are in place to meet strategic, contractual, and regulatory requirements while embedding a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation.
Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Management & Assurance- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System
- Act as the lead for external accreditations (e.g. ISO 9001 and other frameworks)
- Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Provide expert guidance on compliance and best practice
Compliance & Governance- Ensure adherence to contractual, statutory, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain compliance dashboards, audit trails, and reporting
- Identify risks and support mitigation strategies
Audit & Assurance- Design and deliver internal audit programmes
- Conduct audits, analyse findings, and implement corrective actions
- Support readiness for external inspections
Continuous Improvement- Drive a culture of quality improvement
- Analyse data and feedback to identify opportunities
- Support process redesign and service enhancement
Performance & Reporting- Produce reports for senior leadership
- Monitor key quality indicators
Stakeholder Engagement- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Lead workshops and engagement activities
About You
Essential Experience- Experience in quality/compliance roles within regulated environments
- Experience managing Quality Management Systems
- Strong audit and compliance background
- Experience driving continuous improvement
- Experience reporting to senior stakeholders
Key Skills- Strong knowledge of quality assurance and governance
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Organisational and prioritisation skills
Desirable- Knowledge of ISO standards
- Lean or Six Sigma experience
- Auditor qualifications
