Job Description:
Our client is recruiting an experienced HR Digital & Data Implementation Lead to ensure people systems, data governance, and analytics drive both operational excellence and strategic decision-making. You’ll lead the implementation of HR digital tools, improve data quality, and deliver actionable insights to support workforce planning and People Strategy initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead HR data governance, ensuring accuracy, security, and alignment with retention policies.
*Develop and embed people analytics dashboards using iTrent DataMart and Power BI.
*Implement and optimise iTrent functionality, including self-service tools and automation.
*Drive HR digital transformation projects, including cloud migration and paper-to-digital record conversion.
*Identify and deliver process and system improvements to enhance efficiency and colleague experience.
*Provide real-time, actionable people insights to leaders and managers
Desired Skills:
*Strong expertise in HR systems, data governance, and analytics.
*Proven experience leading digital HR projects and embedding new technology solutions.
*Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage conflicting or incomplete data.
*Collaborative approach, engaging stakeholders at all levels to enable change adoption.
*Proficient with iTrent, Power BI, and HR data management tools.
