Job Description:
Customer Services Advisor
Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday – Friday (8:30am – 5pm)
Salary: £24,045 per annum (permanent)
Location: Hybrid (Initially 4 days working out of Leeds, 1 day remote which then increases to 3 days from Leeds, 2 days remote after passing probation)
Main duties of the job:
*Provide fantastic customer service over the phone and via email
*Deal with inbound calls from customers
*Deal with inbound calls from Technicians
*Resolve any queries with support from the team
Essential experience:
*At least 6 months of dealing with the public over the phone in a previous role
