Sales Support Coordinator
Redhill
£27,000 + personal performance bonus (upto £200 p/mth), parking available,
25 days holiday + bank holidays

Quick Job Overview:
Providing full support to the customers in a busy order department, you will be required to follow up any existing or new orders, keeping clients fully informed of order / delivery changes and progress, responding to pricing orders and assisting with alternatives when needed, processing invoices, and keeping orders up to date, assisting when needed with refunds and replacement items.
No cold calling sales, this is an inbound telephone support role, with elements of administration to keep accounts and records updated.
Full training is offered, and it’s an exciting opportunity to join a business that is also able to offer future career progression and for the right individuals.
