We are looking for a reliable and experienced LGV Driver to join our waste management team.
Rota: Monday to Friday
Hours: 06:00 start – Job & Knock
Pay Rate: £[insert rate] per hour
Responsibilities:
*Driving a refuse collection vehicle on designated routes
*Working as part of a team alongside loaders
*Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects
*Ensuring collections are completed safely and efficiently
*Following all health and safety and road traffic regulations
Requirements:
*Valid LGV (Class 2) licence
*Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
*Good understanding of driver hours and regulations
Training Provided:
Upon a successful driving assessment, we provide a two-day induction followed by a week’s mentoring. Full rear steer training will be provided during the mentoring.
This role is suited to a reliable and safety-conscious driver who is comfortable working as part of a team and in a physically active environment.
